The Terastal Festival ex is a special Japanese Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) set released on December 6, 2024, as part of the annual "High Class Pack" series. This set is renowned for its focus on Eevee and all eight of its evolutions, each featured as Tera Pokémon ex cards. These cards showcase the Terastal phenomenon, introducing dazzling crystal-themed designs to the TCG for the first time.

• Eeveelution Spotlight: All nine Eeveelutions—Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon—are featured as Tera Pokémon ex cards. Each card boasts unique artwork and abilities, with some available as Secret Art Rare (SAR) variants. 

• Enhanced Pack Structure: Each booster pack contains 10 cards, including a guaranteed ex card. The set introduces a new Mirror Holofoil Poké Ball pattern for reverse holo cards, adding to the visual appeal. 

• God Packs: A rare feature in this set is the inclusion of "God Packs," where every card in the pack is a Secret Art Rare or features Eeveelution-themed artwork.
